下記のメールをエカート君よりいただきました。彼は以前私たちのクラブのメンバーでしたが、転勤により今はドイツのStuttgartにあるロータリークラブの会員です。
具体的でありがたい話ですが、今すぐ対象者を探すことは難しいので、ブログで情報を公開します。
regarding help, is there a Rotary network to support Sendai and Fukushima area?
I can offer the following idea:
If we can identify one or two Japanese young people, (1) let us say from 16 to 24 years of age, (2) who come from a potential radiation threat affected area, (3) who are studying German, I could invite them for a 6-month or 12-month study visit to Germany. They could stay at my home, would have their own rooms & shower & kitchen. Room and board would be for free, I would cover. Public transportation is easy and cheap in Stuttgart. They could study German in a private school, group study of 5 students.
The cost for this is about 500 EUR / month, and I am sure we would attract funding from Rotary Clubs in Germany for this. The quality of teaching is excellent.
This could be arranged short term, i.e. start next week. I am not competent on VISA issues,bit I am sure we could get the visas necessary later due to the exceptional situation in Fukushima.

援助の件ですが、仙台と福島の地域をサポートするロータリーのネットワークはありませんか？
対象者を、下記の条件を満たす1・2名の日本人に対して、提案が有ります。
（１）年齢は、16から24歳位
（２）被ばくの可能性のある地域の人であること。
（３）ドイツ語を学んでいる人。
6カ月または12カ月間のドイツ留学に招待する事ができます。宿泊は私の自宅で、シャワールームとキッチン付きのそれぞれの個室があります。部屋代と食費は私が負担しますので無料です。
スタットガルトの公共交通機関は便利で安いです。5人でグループスタディーをする私立校でドイツ語を学ぶことができます。
費用は大体１ヶ月500ユーロです。そしてこれについては恐らく、ドイツのロータリークラブから支援が有るかと思います。教育の質は非常に良いです。
最短で来週から準備が出来ます。ただ、ＶＩＳＡ発行について確実ではありませんが、今回の事を特別事例として扱ってもらい、VISA発行を求める事は出来ると思います。
